Introducing the Society By Katrina Lucas The effective date for the birth of the Society of
Public Attorney was That was
the day that the Founder of the NEWPLC discovered a new area of knowledge
which later became known as “Policy Science” or the 7th Branch
of the Social Sciences. The
S.O.P.A. is being introduced into the Professions as a Learned Society, with precise regulatory functions. There are
four Learned Professions known to the human race, as follows: Theology,
Philosophy, Medicine, and Law. The
Learned Professions of Theology, Philosophy and, Medicine are much older than
the Profession of Law. According
to Mr. John-Salakov “Theology and Medicine concern themselves with human
survival in its rational form, but the profession of law concerns itself with
prohibitions, manipulation, and condemnation, egotism and other forms of
self-interest”. “The
Learned Society of Public Attorney is being introduced to serve the interests
of the other three Learned Societies”, he said ___________________________ |

of S.O.P.A. By Mike Allen The Society will undertake, among other functions,
the role of an Examination Board,
and that of an Overseer of the professional services of those who would be licensed and entitled to
describe themselves as “Public Attorney” To be
licensed as a Public Attorney, one would have had to have successfully
completed a course of studies in “Policy Science”. The good
news is that members of certain Liberal professions would be entitled to
apply for a “Certificate of
Entitlement to Practise as Public Attorney” on the basis of their current
professional standing in the community. If you

in the world to help its citizen or nationals overcome some of life’s
pressures. The dependency upon
officials in government offices and local administration is one of the
pressures of life that
the Society aims to address. Dependency undermines a person’s inner
strength or Will Power to take Control of their life. It is at this point that the S.O.P.A comes
into focus. The Society will
act as a link between the Learned Professions of Theology, Medicine, and Law by providing practical advice and
guidance to those who rely on the services of the Church, Doctors, and
Lawyers. If you
